What ratios do you use? Thanks from a Newbie.

Hi Everyone,
My name is Rebecca. I am 48 and I live in the US in Michigan. I am just starting the anti-Candida diet. No sugar, no yeast, no dairy, no white stuff, very few grains. Since I am still on the first week, no fruit right now either. I am pretty set on what foods to eat or not eat, but am concerned about what proportion the carbs/ protein /fats should be. Do you follow the normal recommended diet on MFP or the Atkins approach? Maybe something in-between? I would appreciate any insights. Thank you!
