Does this sound right" calorie help!!!

Im 170cm around 5'7 I weigh 193 pounds now before pregnancy i was 163pounds ..I'm also 5 wks pp, my bmr is around 1600 my TDEE is 2300 roughly I'm also walking 5000 steps a day Fitbit;) and I've started turbofire which I burn upwards too 500 calories per workout, MFP puts me at 1400 cal to lose but I feel that's a crazy low amount ( I feel hungry on this amount :(' anyways I was thinking more of 2000 cal too eat...oh and I'm not eating back my exercise calories is this a good amont too lose on?? Btw I'm not breastfeeding . What calories were you ladies eating when you tried to lose the baby weight?? Thanks:)

    I think thats crazy low, too! Being only 5 weeks PP, your body is still going through major hormonal upheavals, too. If I was as active as you, I would be eating closer to 2000 cals. (I plan on being very active and breastfeeding as well, so I will be eating between 2000-2400). That way, you'll turn fat to muscle and lose weight, but not muscle mass, etc. I think you're doing great!

    Yes.... sounds way too low if you are doing Turbofire! What did you set MFP as your goal? I have about 20lbs until my goal and I have mine set to 1lb and I have 1700 cals.
