50 sit ups
50 crunches
30 leg raises
38s plank

Note that you can do these in sets if you cannot do them all at once. :)

    Do them at your own pace and in sets if you need to. Its what keeps you positive. That way you can push yourself and know that you are doing a GREAT thing for you.
