What to Expect as a Group Member

Hi there! This is the first group that I've organized, so please bear with me as I get this going. I'm always open to suggestions. First and foremost, this is a non-judgmental group, which is why it is open to anyone who feels up for the challenge. We are here to motivate and push one another to be the best we can be.

This group will consist of the following:

1. Starting weigh in, starting measurements, and before pictures (optional of course, but recommended for motivational purposes)
2. Daily Discussion about the workout of the day
3. Weekly weigh in
4. Bi-weekly measurements
5. Daily Articles: Fitness, Diet, and/or Motivation
5. Finishing weigh in, measurements, and Before/After photos
