I'm 36yrs old 6 ft tall and at my last weigh in 244.8lbs.i don't have a regular workout routine but I have a very active job I'm on my feet 8-10hrs a day moving parts that weigh anywhere between 5 and 35lbs constantly. Anyway here's my question I've noticed that if I eat any more than 1500 gross calories a day I ether don't lose any weight or gain is this normal or should I be discussing it with my doctor?
