Bring to a slow boil in a sauce pan Stir frequently as mixture begins to thicken Remove from heat and fold in the pumpkin and spices Pour into 8 small serving cups Refrigerate 2 hours until firm Top with fat free whipped topping When I entered it into recipes it listed as 28 calories a serving.
