Average burns?

Hey everyone!
I would like to hear your average burns for the various workouts. I gathered from the posts in this group that the burn for workout 1 and 2 is somewhere in between 200 and 250 cals but that it is higher for the later workouts? Can you put some numbers on that?

I don't have a HM, so I have been logging workouts 1 and 2 as 'Aerobics, low impact' -- though it does not feel like low impact to me at all *lol* This is for me a burn of 200 cals. Now I would like to know by how much I could up that number for the workouts 3 and 4 and the later ones? I prefer to underestimate the calories burned a little than to overestimate. So just to get an idea of what the range is: What were your burns measured for each workout?

    It will really depend on how much you weigh, and how hard you're working. I weigh 105 lbs and for phase 1 workouts I burnt anywhere from 135-190 calories depending on which workout I was doing and how hard I pushed myself. I've done the first three workouts of phase 2 and have so far burnt between 155-215 calories for each of those workouts. I'm not sure if that really helps at all!

    Of course it depends on my weight but since I'm not wearing a HM and just use MFP's very general predefined exercises it all just a wild guess anyway. :wink:
    My question is intended to get a feel for how much more is burned as the weeks progress and the workouts get harder. For example you seem to burn around 15% more calories in phase 2 than phase 1... So thanks for the numbers :-)

    I'm 5'4", pretty out of shape (although making improvements week on week) and at 32% body fat and I'm burning around 160-170 calories in workouts 1 & 2. Haven't gotten further yet. I use a heart rate monitor but also subtract the BMR calories so that they aren't double counted. I burned more calories during Levels 2 and 3 of the 30 Day Shred (around 220 or so, when subtracting BMR) and this might compare more readily to workouts 3/4 and beyond in BR?
