New to this MFP online, I've used the app for a while but I have never been active at all online. Not much of a social media kind of guy but I know one of my needs is motivation and accountability. So here I am. I was glad to find a group that is devoted to men, as stated before most of the groups are women's groups. I am starting this journey at 275 and would like to be in the 200 range. I a dad to a six year old and 5 year old triplets. My oldest told me "your belly is big daddy but I love you just how you are". Time to do something. My wife is on her own fitness journey that has noting to do with MFP. I want to get in shape for her as well. Kind of a motivation for us both. So I am here and will try my best to be active.

Welcome, I am new here as well.
Looking to lose about 100 Lbs. Motivation and accountability are huge for me. I get sidetracked/derailed/lost way to easily.
Hopefully tracking everything I do and consume will help, and checking/reading/contributing to the forum groups will help with motivation. Just need to keep tracking and checking.0 -
