I'm so glad to have found you all. I am about 5.5 months into being Paleo. I have lost just under 80lbs. I love not counting calories or worrying about skipping fat. I have been pretty strict about sticking to clean eating and havent had anything with an ingredient list in about 4 months. I also started doing bootcamp 3 days a week, yoga at least once, and try to squeeze in a jog on off days. I was well over 300lbs for years. So while I have lost quite a bit, I still have a ways to go. I have shifted my mind to think of this as a lifestyle change and not a diet. I dont want cheat days because those foods made me ill. I dont feel deprived at all.
My question to you all who have lost a large amount of weight is, when will my head catch up? I still feel like I am over 300 lbs, I still automatically go to the largest size a store has, I have to remind myself I CAN run and jump now.

Welcome, and grats on your success. Not sure there is an answer to your question as I understand it, I still have a bit of an obsession about how I could look better but my head knows I'm okay due to the mental energy I have had for over 6 months now. I look at this lifestyle in a very similar fashion with not even being interested in cheat days sometimes I just eat a tad too much chocolate but it is 90% so I do not feel guilty.0
