Hi
I am always looking for new recipes and I recently joined instagram and found a ton. I have heard pintrest also has a ton of recipes. I make hummus and keep it simple. I use one can of chick peas, garlic cloves, oil and lemon I go by taste so I couldn't tell you how much of each.0 -
Here is a link to 2 of my boards on pinterest, loads of ideas for you

I have made paleo pancakes many times and have never had an issue with them turning out.Was the issue the way they turned out or the way they taste?I find my almond flour ones taste far better than my coconut flour ones but none of them will ever compare to real pancakes0

Tonight for dinner, I sauteed two tablespoons of minced garlic in two tablespoons of butter, then added 8oz. wild caught shrimp. Cooked up a package of frozen spinach at the same time. Drained spinach put on plate, topped with shrimp, poured butter-garlic sauce over all. It was amazing. Took about ten minutes.0

Seems to be very important to whisk the egg white separately as per the instructions, I thought these tasted soooo good!0 -

Here's mine as well. And I do pin recipes that aren't 100%, but that I plan on modifying myself:

Also, I have a file of recipes I've tried, but not all are Paleo because I had Pinterest before I was Paleo.

We are pretty boring on work days. Usually we have some sort of meat and veggies on the side...or a dish we call slop, which is graound beef and spices...sort of like sloppy Joe's, that we serve over veggies, rice or potatoes. On the weekends I have more time and will experiment more. I do think that for me this only works long term because I don't expect a gourmet meal everynight. I enjoy a broiled steak or pork chop with veggies and butter on the side, or grilled/roasted veggies. I can eat that pretty much every day.0

Another vote for Pinterest!
So much on there!
I have some paleo and non-paleo, since my hubs is not and I do eat and make my own organic bread sometimes.
Feel free to find me under the same name.
Also coconut flour I've found to be an interesting animal. If you don't let it rest long enough, since it's very absorbent, it can make for odd results. Almond flour, I've found more forgiving but keep in mind how much of it you're eating. I had to lay off for a while because I was popping almond flour muffins like there was no tomorrow. :ohwell:0 -
Absolutely! The other day I wanted something quick, easy, and delicious, and I found it.

The crock pot is pretty much my bff. I love having meals that last a week!0
