I've decided to postpone yayog until I finish my couch to 5k. I'm finding two programs at 3 and 4 days a week each are hard to juggle with running, rest days and leg days. I plan to start again in mid-October.0

I also admit to not putting in much time/effort into YAYOG at the moment. Instead I'm spending more and more time in the pool. At the moment (now I'm back at school) it's really the only thing that's motivating me to do some exercise. Maybe when the holidays are here again I'll be more active in YAYOG. Because I follow the 'eat back my exercise' path (rather than the TDEE one) I prefer seeing my cals increase after doing cardio.0
