Hi Kathy,
I am up this week 16.5, a gain of 1 lb and 2 oz. However, I have been walking the hills in my regional park getting great exercise, and eating a bit more carbs than usual...it is NOT a big gain, and my goal is to get rid of the visceral fat and strengthen my bones and gain muscles. Muscle weighs more than fat. I feel great...THX for being sooo consistent in posting this forum...until we get to where we want to be!!! Hugs and Smiles!0 -

Hi Debbie I am happy that you feel great that is awesome, 5 pounds of fat takes a lot of space is probably as big as a new born child while 5 pounds of muscle not so much, may be as big as our forearm, both are 5 pounds though.

Hey, Kathy...when you started this...you mentioned "those last 10 lbs"...my goal is the Visceral Fat...and with walking everyday...I believe it is finally happening for me, too Thx for all you have been doing...and that we are Pals (big smile)0
