New here and looking for tips

Hi my name is Traci and I'm new in here. I'm looking for tips on how to tone up and firm up. I used to be 310lbs but in 2009 I got the Lap Band and I'm now down to 141.5lbs but I have a flabby stomach and what I consider cottage cheese thighs. I do go to the gym 3-5 days a week and without with light weights and I'm also in a Martial Arts class called Krav Maga and I do that 5 days a week so I'm in no way lazy or inactive. If you can give me some advice and tips I would greatly appreciate it. Also if you would like to add me feel free to I'm alway looking for support. Thank you, God bless and have a great night/day
