    This threadstarter is for me. I’ve fallen and I did get up! Not a very healthy weekend...

    I got up today ready to get back on track with healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Going out to dinner tonight and will have a treat but will not go off the rails.

    And I’m about to lace up my sneaks and go for a walk.

    Here are my goals for this week:

    1) Eat within cals +/- 150.
    2) Eat veggies with EVERY meal and snack
    3) Log in dinner FIRST so I can work backwards from there
    4) Plan food in ADVANCE
    5) Get my step goal in SEVEN days this week.

    LET'S DO THIS!

    This is a great thread starter!

    I did not run this morning as planned. I slept horribly last night so sometime close to 2:00 am I changed my alarm so it wouldn't go off at 5:30. Also it was pouring rain & cold (50s) and I don't have running rain gear. Hopefully it's not raining after my trainer session tonight so I can get a quick run in, although the forecast isn't promising. Otherwise I'll see if Jason wants me to do other cardio instead or run on the treadmill. It's supposed to rain most of this week, I think.

    Hope everyone else is doing well. That Sherry is enjoying the beach and that Marla has less smoke and no fire.

    Rest day today for me. I did my stairs and I'm planning to walk the dogs tonight, but that's about it.

    After the weekend's word being "sore", I'm all done with that. Today's word is "stiff". After the moving around I did this weekend, sitting in front of the computer all day at work is really stiffening me up! I NEEDED to take a couple breaks and do the stairs today!

    My run got rained out. I did get outside for a walk at lunch, did 10 minutes on the elliptical to warm up, got in a legs workout with my trainer and it was dry during all of that -- but as soon as I walked out into the gym parking lot there was a giant crack of thunder & it started raining. Had thunderstorms moving through the rest of the night. I plan to swim tomorrow morning & have a massage after work so now I'm off schedule, unless I can get in a quick run on my lunch break.

    Tired, long work week. Today was day 5.

    Got a bike ride in on the indoor bike this morning. Starting my official training for my half marathon tomorrow morning. finally getting back in gear! finally the weather is down into the double digits this week! next week is supposed to be back up to 105, but I'll take what I can get!
    See the doc tomorrow. hopefully they'll figure out what's going on with my hand!

    goals for tomorrow:
    - get my run in
    - stay UNDER my calories!
    - keep balance between hubby, kids, volunteering, and still keeping time for myself.,
