    sept 13th starts my 8 week peaking cycle. i really like richard hawthornes peaking cycle. its a bit brutal at times, lol, but very good. what cycle does everyone else run for peaking??

    My approach was to make sure I was overreaching in the weeks leading up to, then I deloaded the week of the meet.
