            Week 3 Goal:
 Fitness – 200 of calories (exercise 40 mins x 6 days)
 Diet – No bread or dairy & add any veggie focus on plant based protein; 64+ oz water days 7
 Mind – compliment myself during my workouts and after finishing a challenging task.
 Week 3 Actual:
 Fitness – 299 calories average (workouts 60+ mins x 6 days)
 Diet – Had bread & dairy on 3 days, added more veggies & focused on turkey and salmon for protein; 64+ oz water days 6
 Mind – complimented myself during my workouts, while preparing for the day in the mirror and after finishing a challenging task.0

            Week 3 :
 Goal -- Week 3:
 Fitness – 30 mins a day ,5 days a week ( unchanged really)
 Diet – 72+ oz water ( one cup less because I was failing HARD)
 Mind – Practice another language 60 mins a week
 Actual -- Week 3:
 Fitness – 300 mins 60*5 days a week
 Diet –270 a little better but my schedule is all over the place and im having trouble getting my water in.
 Mind – Haven't done ASL as much have stayed strong in Spanish and Portuguese0
