On my feet all day today for work, so adding fake exercise minutes in to recalculate my daily cals.
Breakfast - 1 egg, half a bacon piece, 3tbs egg white.
Snack - doughnut compliments of work.
Lunch - pizza compliments of work.
Dinner. TBD...0 -
Wow, I certainly need some retraining. My weight is up 3 pounds. UGH!!! So this week I'm going to cut way back on the junk foods. I think also, part of the problem is I'm eating dinner too late. My husband works 12hr shifts, gets home between 7:30 and 8:00 in the evening. I'm going to change my dinner time to around 5:00 - 5:30, I want to be done by 6pm. Another issue is sleep. I know its a key factor in the whole weight loss thing. Its so hard though around my house. The TV in the other room is always so loud, and the heat (internal heat-hot flashes). I'm thrilled to get 5 or 6 hours. I think that's all the "retraining" my brain can handle right now.0

I love the activity pyramid, my targets are under for stretching and cardio but I will build it up.
Today I did 15mins strength training and 60mins walking.
Food I'm in calories just with exercise taken into count- have been uping my fibre intake over the last few days, I'm feeling really bloated
Water is under again, I'm going to have to think of a different approach to up the amount.0 -
Today was a bad day for me to try and "re-train". I wanted to workout every day this week, Monday through Friday, but it's only Tuesday and I'm already not going to the gym. I haven't slept well in the past 2 days, so I'm on the verge of passing out. I think going to the gym will do more harm than good. I'm taking a nap before I have to cook dinner. I'll have to make up for today on Saturday.
For breakfast I had a yogurt. For lunch I had a healthy flat bread sandwich from Subway. I had watermelon for a snack and a fun sized snickers lol. For dinner I'm making grilled chicken, rice and green beans.
Today I'm just flat out exhausted. I need sleep!!0 -
I am about 1000 kcal over right now, I let myself binge twice today and I'm not too happy about it right now. I've had a good week for exercise though! Kickboxing yesterday, MMA tomorrow (was gonna run today, but it's pouring!) kickboxing friday!
I'd like to retrain my brain right about now. I'm having surgery in 10 days and I'm at my wit's end.0 -
I just got home from my weekend trip to Michigan, I'm pretty tired. I did my best, but we stopped to eat lunch n dinner, and I got a candy bar (so not like me). We had a good time, but I'll be paying for it I'm sure.
Breakfast was a cliff trail bar, lunch was Applebee's chicken freshcado, dinner was a wet burrito (only half), I also had the two Reese's big cups, mc Donald's iced hazelnut coffee, and chips n salsa.
Exercise was a 20 min walk, and I only got 6,826 steps.
Water was not much. I tend to drink less while on the road due to not wanting to pee a lot.
I'm glad to be home but I'm feeling stressed out. Hopefully the rest of the week gets better.0
