Dare you to add 10 minutes to your workout, or 10 more ounces of water, or 10 minutes of reflection through mindfulness and journaling. Come on and work a little bit harder!

    I drank 10 oz more than yesterday; with busier schedule, I haven't been drinking as much as I typically do.

    I walked for 15 extra minutes today, before seeing this challenge! Heck yes.

    Tomorrow I'm going to shoot to get an extra 10 ounces of water and to add 10 minutes to my regular workout. :D

    Awesomeness! Even something as small as 10 minutes or 10 ounces counts in the plus column. Yay us!
