Ok folks it's getting quiet!
I have been crazy busy and stressed myself, falling off the daily track a bit. I have been cutting back my portions and taking my vitamins though, trying to up my water intake and read up on healthy alternatives to my favorite foods.
My goal this week is to fit in a 15-25 min power walk during my lunch breaks.. no excuses.
