Week 1-4

Hey everyone, I'm on week one and I've noticed the there are no HIIT workouts. I'm wondering what you guys do for the LISS workouts because walking at like 3 mph is just not going to do it for me. I might just do my arc machine training or elliptical training as normal. Thoughts?

  • I know it doesn't say HIIT at all, but I do HIIT Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays. I'm like you, I don't feel like walking does much either! (BUT IT REALLY DOES I PROMISE!)
    Those days, my workout goes like this:
    10 minutes jogging @ 4.5
    15-20 minutes @ 10.5 (HIIT)
    Then I walk for the rest of that hour going @ 4.0

    Thanks! Ugh I did arms and abs yesterday. I never realized how awful I am at pushups haha! :tongue:

    For me I"m planning to do like, T25 Cardio or BodyJam (dance class) and running :)
    Guys, do you measure your calories? Kayla didn't specifiy how many calories we hsould be eating htough ;/

    For my LISS workout yesterday I went for a bike ride (it's spring here so the weather is gorgeous!)

    For HIIT I normally do sprints
