Hey everyone, I'm on week one and I've noticed the there are no HIIT workouts. I'm wondering what you guys do for the LISS workouts because walking at like 3 mph is just not going to do it for me. I might just do my arc machine training or elliptical training as normal. Thoughts?
Do you guys count how many calories you eat per day? And what do you do when you have to eat out almost everyday? It's quite hard to control like what Kayla suggested and she didn't specify how many calories we should eat :(
