I'm starting my weeks on Mondays (it's when I do my weigh ins and measurements).
Last week, I did 30-60 minutes of walking/jogging interval stuff on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday.
So far this week, I've done 30-60 minutes walking/jogging interval Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Will definitely get at least 2 more workouts in this week.0 -

Slightly annoyed. I'm losing crazy inches but the scale is not my friend!!! Probably need to tighten up my diet.

Can't remember when I signed up to do this, so will add the last two weeks:
Aug. 25-31: Rode bike on Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri, Sat., and Sun. Rode 102 miles in 7 hours and 18 minutes.
Sept. 1 - 7: Rode bike on Mon, Tues, Thurs., Fri., Sat., and Sun. Rode 98.1 miles in 6 hours and 45 minutes.
On a good day I go about 15 miles an hour for 10-12 miles. Sometimes I get multiple rides in a day and can go up to about 30 miles. I'm riding a 20 year old Trek 820 Mountain Bike. I'm using Strava to keep track of my bike rides. Strava automatically transfers the exercise to MFP.0 -

I generally workout 5-6 days per week, and walk 4-5 miles per day. May as well track it.
9/14: Zombies, Run! drill 25 min, 2.5km, squat to overhead press BW (ETA: 3 sets, also 3 sets each of 10 push ups and 20 crunches)
9/15: Neila Rey Stairs Workout (http://neilarey.com/workouts/stairs-workout.html), Neila Rey Bruce Lee Challenge Day 1 (80 punches, 80 kicks, 20 push ups), 20 sec plank, high knees drills, stretching, assisted chin and pull ups (not very many)
9/16: Bruce Lee Challenge Day 2 (100 punches, 100 kicks, 20 push ups), 40 sec plank, high knees drills, 3 mile walk after work/7 miles total walking today0 -

Me and my coworker are walking 2 1/2 miles right after we get off of work. We gets faster every day!0

I am doing high intensity. It doesn't take long. Just bike for 15 mins, walk for 10 and sprint for 5, then lift weights. I have two 10 pound weights and I do curls. We will see how it goes.0

9/19: Biking to work, weather permitting, 5x5 stronglift circuit maybe, Bruce Lee, plank, high knees
9/20: Working at a festival, so no workout, just lots of lifting and moving stuff ugggghhhhhhhh0 -
So I checked up today to see how I'm doing..
Since 08/23 I did my "goal" amount of exercise 9/27 days (basically 1 out of 3 days I'm hitting goal)
It still needs improvement but it's worth noting that about half of the days I "missed" goal it was by less than 10 minutes so the overall trend is still heading in the right direction...it's a "habit" to NOT completely skip exercise now. Just need to ratchet it up more..0 -

Had to have an injury time out. I accidently hurt myself during a walk, so ended up having to take a week off of exercise. Re-started on Sat. (20 miles on the bike), Sun. (20 miles on the bike), and Mon. (12 miles on the bike.) I didn't have much trouble getting back into the swing of things.0

At moment I walk with a goal of doing 10000 steps 3 days a week running intermittently for 2 minutes during the walk. So far I have achieved my goal most of the week.
So far I have not lost any weight but have more energy and body shape change.0 -
