Idea for this week breakfast:
A bowl of salad (Bottomless).
2 Boiled eggs.
Choice of Condiments.
Choice of drink from water, tea, coffee or green tea.
The entire meal should stay under 350 calories. The rest of meals for the day should stay within the target calorie. Statistics should be taken on Monday morning before meals and taken again the following Monday. Comments about levels of satiation, feeling of wellbeing etc is encouraged to be documented.
Reasons for diet choice:
Low carb: Carbs will be sourced from salads and the little from dressings.
High protein: Whole natural protein derived from boiled eggs.
Moderate fat: Eaten from egg and the condiments.
Even though I have misgivings about using shop bought processed condiments, I feel that the condiments will make the whole meal enjoyable and easier to carry through. So the less the better.
Goal: To see how much weight that can be lost by eating a healthier low carb breakfast and to discover how it affects the entire day's eating habit.
