Trying this yet again!

I need HELP. I have been struggling with weight for the past 10 years but I have hit a personal low. I'm looking for some friends to offer motivation and I will try to offer it as well. Please add me!

    You need to fine tune your methodology. Figure out why you always fail and change those things.

    It could be you don't eat enough and get hungry too often. So eat more.

    It could be you make yourself go to the gym 5 days a week and you get sick of it after a while. So don't do it. Either find something you like, change direction or just don't bother at all to start with.

    It could be you get about stuff in life and you start to eat for comfort. So find another way to deal with your problems. I mean really think about it before situations arise.

    And so on.
