OK, seems everyone is a bit busy! Karen, I hope your crisises (is that a real word??) all get sorted out! Just make sure nothing triggers you to eat....NOT worth it!!

Hope everyone is keeping well.

So here is a question for you all....what 'trigger(s) started you on your journey to a healthier 'you'???

For me...it was being out of breath and not being able to walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing!! I am probably the 'oldest' in the group and I did not want to continue with struggling to keep up...like out of breath when walking inthe airports, shopping malls...even to work. So...so far, I am no longer out of breath...and can speed walk pretty darn good!! I would love to be able to get on a bike and ride like Pat...but afraid of falling off an breaking something or other!! lol Can't afford to do that now!!

So how about you guys....what was your trigger(s)? (and sorry if we have discussed this before...I can't remember!! lol...see it is the 'age' thing!!)

    Well, i've been avoiding work for most of the day so I guess its about time I get to it.

    As for what started all of this, about two and half years of hating what I had done fallowed by an opportunity to trade 3 months of yoga for website design. I could waste the three months of exercise or use it as an opportunity. I used it as an opportunity.
