Myers & Vitamin B

I'm two weeks in with MFP. I've been very diligent posting food & exercise. ya for me.
I'm a mom of 4 and work full time, so there are times I felt just drained and had no energy.

I went to a natpath and had sessions with MYERS IV therapy. After 3 sessions I had so much energy. I continue with the MYERS on a need to bases (whenever I feel work stress or seem to be lacking the get-up-and go). I also took home a self-injection vitamin B kit, which I do about every 3-5 days.
The IV therapy really helped & the Vitamin B keeps me happy :)

Natpath said that the body depletes vitamins & minerals when busy & stressed. So even eating healthy, the body needed MORE of the good vitamins & minerals and that's what the myers cocktail therapy does. You get direct into the blood stream and then the body can go back to eating normal and doesn't need to catch up on the missing nutrients.
