What to do with pig kidneys

Bought kidney instead of liver no idea what to do with them or even if I like them any ideas. I have only had them in steak and kidney puddings before. I could get some steak and make steak and kidney minus the pudding. Don't want to waste them.

I'm going to make a steak and kidney shepherd's pie this week. I got beef kidney though. I'm not sure if pig kidney would be the same, but here's the recipe. I'm going with a parsnip topping instead though.

I'm still learning to eat more organ meat myself and have not been able to get kidneys yet - so disappointing, but I have seen a number of interesting recipes, even in a few of my cookbooks. I know you would find lots by searching online.
