Lunch Options: Salad, Add red onion, chicken breast (purchase a large bag of frozen) add small amount of black beans and corn (you can use frozen corn and can of black beans (put the rest in a plastic container) you can also add nuts and cranberries and do like a McDonald’s Salad – Low fat dressing, Turkey Burger – wheat Bun, turkey sandwich –guacamole, sliced tomato, lettuce and any other veggies you like.
Chicken breast make for the week searing with olive oil, Tilapia (olive oil) the most reasonable if you have an Aldi’s that is great use a small amount for chicken and fish and any other fish you enjoy Veggies: Greens (if you don’t want to do fresh use frozen and boil your smoked turkey, onion and seasonings and bring to a boil and add your frozen greens, spinach, beans, brown rice in the bag and use low sodium broth instead of water and add onion or Lipton or generic soup to the water, and cook for 45 mins., you can do enough for a week, broccoli and cabbage (you can use some from the one you use for the soup). Snacks: I do a lot of fruit, apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, and things of that nature.
Also if you would like, try 4 chicken breast in your Crockpot season well and use 4-5 oz for chicken lettuce wraps for lunch or dinner and serve with a fruit salad Also add fish sear it into your diet 2-3 times a week I guarantee you will see changes.
