    WOOT 89.75 done.... I rest tomorrow and then start the Sept 2014 challenge... whatever your goal is, come join. My goal for September is 90 miles.

    I went into this afraid to commit to 50 miles, and then I put it 78.55 miles for the month! My self-confidence is soaring!!

    I'm also doing the September 2014 challenge; would love to see you guys there. My goal is 75 miles. Not increasing the # of miles because I'm trying to increase my speed and don't want to overdo it.

    Congratulations to everyone who stuck with it this month! Whether you met your goal or surpassed it - or even if you didn't make it as far as you wanted - you deserve a pat on the back for getting out there and moving!!!
