    Since it's the last week of the month, I've gone around and remind everyone on the roll call that it is, including you guys. Nothing like stating the obvious in an attempt to spark new motivation for people, while trying to be genuine but not a stalker to make you re-think your communication skill or lack-there-of. But as long as none of you think I'm a crazy person - we're good! Right? I hope, maybe, lol.

    Anyway. I NEED TO DRINK WATER. So that's my goal today. Drink, drink, drink!

    I'm not counting calories, and if I could just go home and sleep on the couch, I would. I realize I'm being a large slacker in some sense, but I also know I'm an introvert whose currently burnt out and need to know what's right for me mentally.

    I'll try to post again later. Hopefully with something like 64oz drank too!

    I'm up to 30oz of water! I also got my new work schedule, so finally get a break in some of the hours in 3 weeks from now - so looking forward to that. But more so, I bunch of stress off of my shoulders!

    I keep thinking it's Friday so it could be interesting if I go home and don't end up back at work tomorrow, lol.

    Ever get that feeling of the wheel's turning but the hamster is dead? Yep. There today.

    I understand by logging your bad days is better mentally to learn from your mistakes but why does mfp have to put it in red, all angry and telling off. So reminds me of school- must do better.

    Logging does not seam to be working for me I might go to planning all meals and sticking to plan.

    The last week water most days has hit target.
    Food - I am hoping by planning meals will be more consistent.
    Water- on target
    Exercise - I've had a very busy day, cant believe aug is nearly over, all the things I had planned for the holidays grrrrrrrr. Anyway kept moving today, must count.

    So far so good. I've been sticking to my goals for almost 24 hours now! Lol....

    Exercise: I did an hour of cardio this morning at 5am...I went from the treadmill to elliptical, then back to treadmill. I'm going back to lift in about 15 minutes.

    Water: i will have drank a gallon by the end of the day

    Food: this hotel has complimentary breakfast so I actually ate this morning...oatmeal with brown sugar, scrambled egg whites, 2 slices of bacon, 1/2 cup of red grapes, coffee...chipotle chicken bowl for lunch with brown rice black beans hot sauce and cheese, I'm drinking a protein shake right now....for dinner I will either have tuna albacore, grilled salmon or both

    Well, today was interesting.

    I started off the day at the cafeteria getting a scoop of eggs and two bacon. Well, the bacon was crumbly but I was eating it and the guy working in the cafe came to my table and brought me three fresh bacon! Guess what, I ate them (they were delicious). My first real meat this week. Then I had a health fair that I was working. They had sandwiches for us, either a gyro wrap or chicken wrap... I chose the chicken... just to find bacon inside! I didn't have chips, but chose fruit salad and veggies. I also had a taste of some sandwich the chef made (I have no idea what it was or how to track it) so I figure screw it! Might as well be an all out cheat day.

    So, I went to the gym and did 43 min on the treadmill. They had a problem with the pool filter that was struck by lightening the other day and smoke was filling the gym... we all ran outside while the fire truck showed up. We finally got back inside and got our stuff, but I was starving by then!!! I went to noodles & co and had bangkok curry with shrimp. Then I topped it off with a turtle sundae from culvers! I probably gained 10 lbs today!

    I have had at least 54 oz of water today... tomorrow I will be more mindful of my eating.

    Looks like some people have started to drop off our message boards. I guess our lives get busy, but it doesn't keep you accountable if you don't come here daily for support. I made it a whole week without meat! I don't think I could have done it without this group to turn to! I'm getting back on track tomorrow and continue on my journey to a lighter me!
