I am on my second week of PiYo, and was looking for a group to join to get feedback, and get support! I'm looking to get toned, without banging up my knees (though, I do love Chalene's TurboFire!). Is it okay to join this late?

Hello, ladies! I'm starting late, too. I've decided to add PiYo to my Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack workout. Yesterday I did the Align video, so today is going to be my first real exercise video - lower body. It's all pretty new to me, I've never done yoga before so I'm a little scared of doing the moves wrong. How do you all like it? Is it hard to follow the videos?0
