1. Went away for a day and night with my best friend so did not eat that well.
2. No exercise today

1, Yesterday at the hotel, went in the pool and did water exercises!

    RAVE.....DID REAL GOOD SO FAR THIS WEEK AND LAST..LOST 4 POUND....

    RANT....TONIGHT I CANT STOP EATING...DID GREAT ALL DAY AND DINNER WAS GOOD...BUT NOW I'M SNACKING ON WHATEVER I CAN FIND...WHY?

    Rant - I didn't like my food choices yesterday and was hungry most of the day :(
