I am new to both the group and kettlebells and I am wondering what everyone feels is the best arm workout?

HI, Rosy. Well, you're asking a tough question as my instructor has taught us that kettlebell workouts are more for the whole body (especially core) as opposed to being something you do to work on specific muscle groups. Even overhead presses require you to tighten up everything below (chest, stomach, thighs, calves) in order to support the weight as you push it overhead. Just about any dynamic movement with the bell (cleans, snatches, swings) gets a lot of power from the legs.

Having said that, the obvious things that do require you to work the arms: Overhead presses, floor presses, overhead lockouts. But again, these require support from other muscle groups. The good news is that a good basic kettlebell work out with a variety of exercises will work on your arms, legs, core--everything. So your arms will get stronger.
