WHICH PLAN IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Based on the feedback I received from several members, I have decided that everyone should choose a plan that best fits their current ability and future goals. Here are a few that I have found online:
10 sec-90 sec

Custom Plan-This plan starts with the longest plank you can hold and builds time from there until 90 seconds and then advance to a different positions.

LOGGING PLANKS
In order to hold everyone accountable for their planking, we will be checking in daily. The first person to complete their plank for the day will create a new discussion thread with the date and leave a brief message… how long you held the pose, how you felt after, words of encouragement… whatever you want, Then, once everyone else completes theirs for that day they will continue the tread.
I am also going to keep a log for myself to track my progress. I am going to see how long I can hold a plank for now and then in 30 days and also take before and after pictures.
This is designed to be a group of people challenging themselves while supporting, encouraging and motivating others. The ultimate reward is a stronger, healthier YOU!
