Rules:

Every week we will post our results. Every week you will have mini challenges to chose from either a exercise OR food! The calories burned are your exercise calories, NOT the calories you burn for being alive. For example items like fitbit, etc. show your daily calorie burn, but that includes the calories you burn breathing. Please only count your exercise calories.

Remember this is a challenge, therefore it’s meant to challenge you. Don’t give up before you try, if you can’t do the + that is challenged then modify the movement. There is always a way if you want it badly enough.

This is an example format to track your daily burn.

Goal: 2500 + mini challenge

09/01 Day 1: calories burned (how they were burned)
09/02 Day 2: calories burned (how they were burned)
09/03 Day 3: calories burned (how they were burned)
09/04 Day 4: calories burned (how they were burned)
09/05 Day 4: calories burned (how they were burned)
09/06 Day 6:calories burned (how they were burned)
09/07 Day 7:calories burned (how they were burned)

Total:
Left to go: 2500

Please post your progress in the weekly thread that we the moderators start, if you post elsewhere it will be deleted.

The moderators will come with the mini challenges EITHER exercise OR food, you can chose to fit your routine for that week! Let's have fun! If you have any questions let us know.

    Or ask the second runner up to chose the burn goal for the week.

    We prefer that the + challenge be a fitness challenge. Once a month a food based + can be chosen.
