The drink till you float water challange. Lol. Really. 8 - 8oz glasses of water daily (1/2 gallon) is what our bodies need to funtion properly - more if you exercise.
Measure your water the first day. Most drinking glasses folks have in their houses are really 12 - 16 oz. You might be drinking more water then you realize.

Super cold! I fill 3 twenty-four ounce water bottles every night so they are ready for the next day and just add some ice or put in the freezer for awhile. It's the first and last thing I do every day, drink 6 to 8 ounces. Good articles by the way!0
