    YIKES! This month was noooooooot a good one.

    SW: 379 (July 2013)
    CW: 277.6
    GW: 270
    LTGW: 160

    Weigh ins:
    9/5/14= 277 (-.6 lb - not a huge loss, but I'll take it)
    9/12/14= 278 (+.4 lb - here comes the water weight again)
    9/19/14= 279.2 (+1.2 lbs - I had a really rough week and made terrible choices; just lucky it wasn't worse)
    9/26/14= 279 (-.2 lb - well, it's a miniscule loss, but I guess I'm ending the month in the right direction).

    9/5/14 = 253.8 - 4.2 lbs HOLY CRAP!!!!heart love about half is the water I put on over Labor day weekend but I'm still SUPER happy with this number. My first goal was 254 so I am THERE!
    9/12/14 = 252.4 - 1.4 lbs For some reason I thought I'd maintained, but NOPE! YYAYY!
    9/19/14 = I intentionally didn't weigh in this day... It was bad.
    9/26/14 = 251.8 - .6
    9/30/14 = 253 + 1.2

    Total Loss for the Month: 5

    Definitely a rough month for me. I think I just need to go back to the calorie level I was comfortable at, make sure I get to the gym this month and just stick with it instead of trying to screw around with it to get better results when my results for August were perfectly on track with my goals. Silly me. Lesson learned. Bring on October!

    ETA: I guess my total loss for the month isn't as bad as I thought it was because of that first week loss. (went by that weight originally instead of the CW listed above.)

    I purposely didn't post this month.
    Since I bounced up to 112 this month... I'm delighted with this number. In this last week I think I've finally got my eating under a bit of control. Better luck next month. Onward and downward.

    9/5/14 = 222.4 (-.8) I'm happy with this number... I had food poisoning earlier this week,:sick: so I didn't get my usual workouts in
    9/12/14 = 220 (-2.4) Nice :happy: Considering I have been feeling a little "off" this month and not doing much.
    9/19/14 = 222 (+2) I need to get my head back in the game... Struggling :frown:
    9/26/14 = 223.2 (+1.2) It looks like may not lose any weight for the month... Gonna try harder though:grumble:
    9/30/14 = 224.2 (+1)

    Total Loss for the Month: +1 Not a good month for me at all... But going forward I will do better

    Weigh ins: I will weigh in on Mondays - I will also be on vacation this month so I might not be able to weigh in
    9/8/14= Vacation
    9/15/14= 230.2 (+0.2) not bad for being on vacation.
    9/22/14= 227 (-3.2) now that is what I like to see
    9/29/14= 229.8 (+2.8) wrong way
    9/30/14= 231.2 (+1.4) so much in a day

    SW: 337.8 (January 2, 2014) (Highest 357, May 2010)
    CW: 272.8 (As of August 31)
    GW: 257 (15.8 lbs - And reaching this will give me 100 lb mark milestone)
    LTGW: 157 (dropped down one pound to make it an even 200 to reach it. I like even numbers)

    Weigh-ins will be on Sundays
    09/07 - 270.4 (-2.8) (This is actually more than it was when I weighed in for another challenge. I am certain it is water weight from my breaking down my muscles. As we all know inflammation easily leads to water retention and breaking down of muscles causes inflammation, to a degree.)
    09/14 - 268.8 (-1.6) (Not bad, not bad.)
    09/21 - 265.8 (-3.0) (Not likely to hit my goal, but still a very, very good number)
    09/28 -
    09/30 - 271.8
