I set myself a goal of a stone to lose in 28 days...looking back, how ridiculous!! Haha. With 6 days to go, I am 7lbs down with 7lbs to go. Not bad going...how's everyone else doing? X0

My weight is doing it's usual thing of up & down, so I'm hoping I make it. My goal was 180 and I have been down as low as 181.2, but it jumped up again to 182.0. I have been stuck in the 182 range for a couple of weeks with slight fluctuations.
I wish my weight would go down nice and steady like Satinpumkin :sad: ! Congratulations by the way!!:flowerforyou:0 -

Well I didn't quite get to my goal of 180.0:huh: , but did at least get into the 180's with 180.8. I'll take it! Just lettin ya'll know my goal for October is 175.0, so does someone want to start an October Challenge?:happy:0

I'll join you. I'm day 8 induction and my first week weight loss has settled down to a more stable pace. Today's weight is 191lbs, and my goal will be be comfortable in my 'first goal' jeans, size 12's.0
