Looking for your personal reviews/opinions on weight training books. Just bought _Thinner Leaner Stronger: The Simple Science of Building the Ultimate Female Body_, and was wondering if anyone has read it. Was considering NROL, but this one was $3-4 cheaper on my kindle... Thought I'd give it a try. Does anyone follow the food guidelines in these types of books? Are they just for beginners (which I am, for now.) What did you use to become a well informed lifter (form, types of exercises, ect..)?
