Just did level 1 day 1. Very interesting! I certainly recognized some of the exercises from the Shred program, but this was still challenging in its way. I was most impressed by how cut Jillian is in this video; she really trimmed down between the two (not that she was in bad shape before, but she is just extremely fit here). My biggest challenge here will be the balance aspects of things, like the lunges and the running man. Why can't I do the running man??! Hopefully I will get better.
