September 2014 Check - Ins

It is hard to believe it is September already My children went back to school today. One in elementary, 2 in middle school, 2 in high school, and 1 in college. This Summer just flew by.

I have been working out to my favorite P90X and Insanity workouts and a few T25 as welll. I have ran several 5K runs and am training for a half marathon. Next month I plan on starting P90X3.

  • September has been a very hectic month for me. Sorry for the late post but want to let everyone know I am still bringing it.

    I completed round 2 of P90X . I lost two more pounds since my last weigh in. I have shed 96 pounds in one year thanks to Power P90 and P90X. I look and feel great...the best I have in over 20 years. This month I am working out to Power 90 and P90X workouts. I kind of made up my own personal schedule to improve on my weaknesses and it is still going great for me.
  • Busy Busy is right. September just flew by as quickly as a blink.

    Tony Horton 10 minute trainers and kettle bells have been my main workouts in September along with running and biking. I have been meeting my goals almost daily.
