Newbie

Hey everyone! I'm brand new to this group but I'm so glad I found it. It's good to know that I'm not the only one that struggles with working the nightshift and losing weight. I started working the overnights about three months ago after finally going back to work after the birth of my daughter. I just don't have anyone to watch her during the day so I work nights full time, then come home to play stay at home mom. The hard part for me is finding the energy to work out. I get about four to five hours of sleep a day (on the good days) so I feel like a walking zombie most of the time. If anyone has any tips on how to get motivated to work out, please let me know :)
