SEPTEMBER: HEALTHY AGING MONTH!

CHALLENGE DATES: Friday (9/5/14) to Sunday (10/5/14)

CHALLENGE RULES: Run, jog, or walk a 5K EVERYDAY! Record your progress. Fill in your time, your distance, your strides, your miles per hour, how you felt during that run, or any other special notes you wish to include.

I will add a new topic entitled the day's date. Even if you can't get to filling in your progress until the end of the week, its alright, just go back and fill in your progress for each day. It's that simple. Lets all try to encourage each other for the month of September.
