Using fins with a kick board worth it? I remember using fins a lot when trainning when club swimming I'm older and fatter now but will it increase leg strength when kicking? I have a tendency to forget to kick my legs if i don't think about it (taking freestyle).
will this be effective in a 12m pool?

12 metre pools pretty small.
Fins are definitely worth it for getting your legs stronger and I found they made me work them (legs) as I was more aware of them.
I think they're great.0 -

Killing the legs is a sign that they're working :-)0 -
Very good for the ankles too I have weak joints so hoping to strengthen them 10 minutes with a kick board and they are about ready to fall off0
