Been trying to get on board with THM since I bought my book in June. Hard for me I am too much a drive thru Sue even in the grocery store. If it's not cheap and easy I forego it.
I am 180 pounds from goal and need support. Hubby not much, bless his heart. I need you all who talk the lingo and track your calories no matter how high they seem to get.

    You could try to commit to one THM meal a day and then go from there. Or try using a crock pot to prepare bulk meat to put on top of bagged salad or bagged frozen veggies that you can steam in the microwave. They are slightly pricier in steamable bags due to convenience
