Floating on the internet I'm always looking for ideas for what to eat after I got the liquids down but what about puree and so on. I found this site. It doesn't give you step by step foods to eat but helps with an idea of what you could do.

One thing I did when I made it to stage 2 liquids (creamy), I put a can of cream of potato (or chicken, or brocolli, etc) in a blender with a half a can of milk and pureed them. I then got out 3 small 1/2 cup containers and filled the containers with the soup. Each container was then one meal. (the first couple of times, even the 1/2 cup was too much to eat.)

Sounds good! LOL thanks for that.

I've been on this organic kick for that past week or so and I found that they have these kinds of soups that are very creamy like butternut squash YUM and potato soup so thick low in calories and a good amount of protein
