WEIGH IN ON REST DAY?!!

A fellow member of the group brought to my attention maybe we should do weigh in every week! I usually like monthly weigh in's but for the sake of the challenge I think we should! I It will be very motivating to others! Assuming you are drinking adequate amounts of water, eating right, working out, along with doing your squats you should see a weekly weight loss! this is completely optional you do not have to share your weight loss if you do not wish! First weigh in will be this Sunday on rest day! Lets work hard this week ladies so we can see those results!!!
