great morning smoothie

This smoothie keeps me full for a very long time
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 scoop of protein powder (favorite is blue bonnet because it does not have added stuff but you can use whichever one you have)
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 tablespoon almond butter
Put it all in a blender or it will not mix well but it's great for morning for on the go or even a snack to help with the cravings!!!

    add a little raw cacao.... MMMM mmmm Good !!!.. and I add sweet potato..
