Day 2----65 seconds
Day 3----90 seconds
Day 4----90 seconds
Day 5----100 seconds
Day 6----110 seconds
Day 7---2 minutes
Day 8---2 minutes 10 seconds
Day 9---2 minutes 20 seconds
Day 10----2 minutes 30 seconds


I like to post all the days so I can see how I've improved.....it makes me very happy :bigsmile:

    Had to break them up in 30 second intervals.
    I did four sets.

    This has been a good challenge for me....I've remembered every day for 10 days and I've been inspired to add a few more weight related moves to my day.
