    9/11/14 - I did 10, 5, 5 again.
    Today is my "rest" day.

    Water: No prob!
    Food: Chicken quesadilla
    Exercise: rest

    I have two huge knots on my back - had the man rub them and use the massager on them, but I am still hurting. Arg. It must have been my form when I was doing the ab carver. Seriously.

    It's Thursday, and I so wish it were Friday. Almost there. This has been a pretty gosh dern long week. *sigh*

    On the one hand, I bombed the exam, on the other I had plenty of water, I came in under 1300 calories, and I did my workout this morning. I guess you win some, you lose some. I'm not sure what a challenge is, so I have nothing to report on that front.

    Challenge is to pick an exercise you want to improve on throughout the month. We check in on our progress Mondays and Thursdays (see my second post for today).
